One to One Movement Wellness Program

  

                               Online Pilates Coaching changes the game.


Over the years, I’ve witnessed incredible transformations in clients, and the key to   success has always been consistency. Typically, consistency relies solely on your   dedication between in-person sessions. This program offers a comprehensive approach to support your fitness journey. It includes:


  1. Movement      Assessment: A personalized evaluation to tailor your program to your      needs.
  2. Live      Sessions: Your personalized one to one movement class.
  3. Coaching      Reminders: Gentle nudges to help you stay on track and motivated.
  4. Recordings:     Access to your session recordings, allowing you to revisit and reinforce      what you've learned.
  5. Phone   or  Video Support: Direct access to me for any questions or concerns      you may have. 
  6. On -demand Library: Access to exercise breakdowns, fitness-focus classes,      and flexibility-focus classes. Classes as short ass 10 minutes are      available for when you don’t have much time. 



The new client program is typically  8 weeks long and takes the following format. 

Week 1

  • Movement Assessment-This includes teaching you key exercises for practice based on your movement assessment.
  • Daily practice (No, not literally daily! Minimum of 3 days per week is recommended)
  • Coaching reminders
  • Video or phone call to review any questions.
  • On demand library

Weeks 2-8 

  • One to one movement session 
  • Daily practice
  • Coaching reminders
  • Video or phone call for questions
  • On-demand library
  • Week 8 includes a re-assessment
